A strong PvP opener starting as standard two gate adept followed up with a fast proxy robo. The immortal comes out around 3:20, supported by two stalers, ready to smash your opponent.

We open with the standard 14-pylon, 16-gate, dubble gass, 19-gate as you can see in the build order.
You chrono the nexus twice for a fast saturated main, make sure you alwais have 16 probes at minerals.
Rally the probes into the gass and to the building locations, you dont want to pull any probes out of the mineral line.
Sent the scout out after second gass or second gate, depending on where you want to proxy the robo.
The second pylon will be the proxy, and you want to put it down before the cybercore is half way finished (18 seconds) so the pylon and cybercore finish at the same time and we can put down the robo immediately.
You stay on 23 probes; 16 on minerals, 6 on gass and a scout. After you put the proxy robo down you can scout with the probe, we dont need it anymore so its fine if you lose it while scouting the enemy base.
You scout for a fast stargate and count the amount of pylons we see, so you know if the opponent also put a proxy down.
When the robo finishes you chrono out the immortal.
With this build you should have 6 units bevore warpgate is finished and hit the opponents natural at 3:30.
At the backside of this you chrono the warpprim that will join our pressure, as will the two stalkers that walk across the map.
After that you continue the immortal production, warp in sentries, get an observer if you didnt scout an robo from the opponent and go from there!
