Analysis
There are several general approaches that Terran players have against Protoss. You can read more about them here.
Early timing is one of the options, and it is designed to hit before Protoss have a power spike with three bases. This build is an alternative to the popular 1-1-1 push. The idea is simple. You simply push out with three Siege Tank and Marines with Combat Shield. Pull some Scvs for Bunkers and repair. You then go back to a standard macro game.
