If you're not starting Roaches until 3:08 I would suggest a 2:27~2:28 Roach Warren instead of 2:05 because you're investing 150 minerals into a structure that you're not using for 33 seconds or so after it finishes. Also If you get lings out first you can deny the SCV the scout of the Roach Warren.
Also I don't think a 2:34 Spore is good, even 1 base Banshee would hit at 3:30 or so, using up 75 minerals + a drone on a Spore this early is using up money that could be more Roach/Queen.
