Updated for 2020...click the box for "workers" to see important notes.
At approx. 2:45-3:00, this cheese build hits with four spine crawlers, one queen, and a bunch of slow lings at a proxy hatch. It works because you show up at the proxy hatch with four workers right when it finishes, and you'll have enough money for exactly one queen and four spine crawlers.
The VOD is me playing Vibe with this build, but it's worth noting he wasn't allowed to build stalkers or immortals.

Tips for success: 1) Always been producing a queen at the forward hatch. 2) Once the 1st queen pops, build a creep tumour to extent creep towards the protoss wall. 3) The tumour surviving is very important, use lings and queen to defend it. 4) Let the spines do the heavy lifting, don't lose too many lings before the wall has been broken. The role of lings is to cause chaos and kill workers. The role of the queens are to spread creep, heal the spines, do a little damage, and to counter a void ray / oracle if they manage to get one out. 6) The build is pretty standard in terms of the overlord timing...16, 23, 30, etc. Build ovies back at home when possible so larva from the proxy can be used on lings. 7) Never stop making queens and lings.

I play D2 usually, so can't speak to higher levels, but I find not a lot of people scout for it.
If you see a scouting probe coming in (with the 1st ovie you build), you can try to be a bit tricky and send a drone down to the natural to bluff building a hatch. That buys some time. But yeah, the clock is ticking once they realize you aren't establishing a natural.
If they get to immortals you're probably toast. Need to win before that. If they get that far, the best bet is pulling everything back home (drop as many creep tumors as possible first) and expanding.

info: Send the first drone you make to make the hatch.
I don't get the build, after trying it a bit, i have to say:
- It gets scouted very easy because you don't have a natural
- They just turtle in their main with immortal sentry (you can't get on the ramp) and you are behind.
Any advice what i should do in that case?
