Constantly apply pressure with helions to keep the zerglings coming out and get drones if possible. Deny creep spread. As soon as the medivac is done load up maruaders and push out. At this point build mines for defense. Make sure you have the armory done so that you can morph hellbats as you arrive. This should end the game if micro'd well. If not you should get some damage while you macro at home. Transition to 3rd base if you don't win off the push. Transition to mech by swapping factory and barracks, or go bio by building 2 more rax.
