This build comes from Bunny in Home Story Cup 18.

Terran usually move out with bio and 2x Medivac when Stim is completed. This is the power spike time frame when Terran can be aggressive on the map. This build is designed to be defensive while powering up for this move out timing.

Analysis

As much as Terran love to move out smoothly with bio and 2x Medivac when Stim is completed, they face the challenge to defend Protoss' aggressive options in the early game. Protoss can bully Terran by shaving away Terran units when Terran rely only on bio for defence early on. Consequently, most Terran opt for 1-1-1 builds rather than three Barracks in recent metagame.

This build uses Cyclone and Widow Mine to help defending against Protoss in the early game, and builds up a sizable bio force with early multiple Barracks for the move out in mid game.

The execution is straightforward. You start with a standard Reaper expand, and then you defend until you can reach your power spike of Stim and Medivac.

@Bilb. There is a bug when the build order is fetched from the replay. I edited it manually, so it should work now.
