In an attempt to make Proxy Hatcheries work versus Protoss I played roughly 100 ZvP Games going Proxy Hatch every single Game. I discovered that Proxy Hatcheries work against every Protoss Opener.
Who Am I
As of writing this Guide I am Rank 100 on the European Grandmaster Ladder. I wrote many popular (albeit unorthodox) Zerg Guides on this Site.
Goal of the Build
This Build aims to get an economic advantage through an uncommon ZvP Opener. It is possible to end the game right away with this build. However, I suggest that you go for a more economic follow up and try to win the Game after an early advantage.
The Concept
The Build Opens with a 17 Supply Hatchery at the Protoss Natural. The follow up then depends on the Protoss reaction. In General we follow it up with another Hatchery on our site of the map then Gas Pool Hatch into a macro game.
The Opener looks something like this:

Reactions to Protoss Reaction:
Protoss pulls 6+ Probes to kill the Hatchery
Immediatly try to Expand to your Natural or 3rd Base (or both). This will severly delay the Protoss Cybercore and Expansion. For every Minute that he does this he will lose about 500 Minerals. This is the best possible reaction for us. It will give us a huge lead!
As soon as the Hatchery goes low hp cancel it and build an evolution chamber (you have about 1 Second to do this before the creep recedes) if you do this correctly you will buy even more time! Cancel the Evolution Chamber when it goes low.
Protoss lets the Hatchery go up
The Second best Reaction. If you see now reaction immediately take 1 Gas at home and throw down a Pool into Roach Warren. Take your Natural as soon as you can as well.
When your Proxy is finished try to get out a Queen and start 6 Lings at the Proxy Hatchery once the Queen is about 60% done. If possible get a Creep Tumor down in your Opponents Natural. If you can do that the Game is already pretty much as over as it will take your Opponent forever to Expand.
Then begin building Roaches as long as it seems cost effective before transitioning into Macro Play with a huge lead.
The Opponent is Cannon Rushing
This sucks. You want to put the Proxy in your opponents Main Base instead. Try to make him waste money or if possible get some Roaches into his Main from your Proxy.
At home you want to take both Gasses and aim for a fast Lair. You should not Expand as he will most likely Cannon Rush your Expansion and take it down very easily.
From then on you play it as if it is a normal Protoss Cannon Rush --> Nydus his Main with Roaches / Swarmhost Rush
He blocked the Proxy
Tough Luck :( Try to buy time with the Drone and play a normal game.

Uh what, just because youre not efficient or good enough to get those things out on time doesnt mean its a poor build. It just means you simple are not doing it correctly and or play poorly. Theres quite literally a video that goes with it where you can see him doing those things.

This build asks you to do build certain things when there is no possible way to have that much minerals. Poorly written strategy.

@Bullfrog1994 You want to focus on supply until about 36-40 supply. As an example my current build in zvp looks like this:
13 overlord
16 hatch
18 gas
17 pool
20 overlord
20 2 queens and 2 pairs of lings
26 speed, pull 2 off gas
30 hatch
29 queen
31 overlord
after that react based on timings. For example:
If stargate -> spores 3:30
4:30 RW and 2 gasses
@100 gas lair
and so on.
Basically, anything that is a reaction is timing based and anything that is just part of your opening into every game is supply based.

Hello! I'm just getting into the more competitive side of StarCraft. I was wondering with the build orders of this, is it better to focus on a supply centered build order or time based? I guess that isn't specific to this one, but would appreciate any advice as well!
