Going Adept first has become the norm, but Stalker first IS still an option if you don't mind having to go in a second time with your scouting Probe after their Reaper leaves to make up for the lack of a Shade scout.
Stalker first is also often recommended in builds that will go without any other reliable Anti-Air options for a longer period of time, like DT builds) + WG (WG will be delayed until you have enough Gas for it AFTER taking your SG if SG is your tech choice)
