-standard 17/17/17 opening, but make gas immediately (like you would for a really fast ling speed), put 3 immediately on @100% geyser
-@100% spawning pool make 2 queens, start ling speed THEN make lings (can delay queen at nat if you want your lings out 2s earlier or whatever for adepts)
-I like to make 6 lings, use 2 for scouting and just have the other 4 there to make banes so I don't forget later
-from here on you can pretty much drone until its time to make tons of lings.
-If an adept scouts the natural it may look a little light, so you can pull down like 2-3 drones so it doesn't look like an early ling flood, but it does not look as light as a normal early bust or ling flood
-@100 gas (second 100 gas, do not pull off) lair (this times out really nicely to just as first queen finishes)
-30 supply 3rd base (this is kind of late in terms of time compared to a standard build in terms of time since it will happen around 3:00-3:05 but not game breaking by any means)
-@50 gas bane nest
-have 4 lings over there ready to morph BEFORE 3:45ish (most of your lings should be arriving just before the dropperlords finish so if you don't send some early banes will be late)
-spam out lings as first 2 injects pop, I find it easier to not control group the eggs and just rally them over since you are going to elevator these
-morph banes and dropperlords as lair finishes
-queue banes to drop in the natural and elevator up to the main
Here is where you basically decide how to continue. I like the idea of adding 3 extra queens to defend a counterattack since you sill only have one gas if I am going to macro behind this but this is really where the build ends so you can go whatever direction you want with it.
you can also just use both overlords to drop 16 lings and skip the bane nest entirely (even start your macro transition by using your bit of gas in the bank for an upgrade or something) but I figured you would be very likely to catch them not looking with the bane drop in the natural if there are lings in their main and this would be more likely to get damage. The main purpose of this build is to just mess with them and throw them off early to find some damage

I think it's better to research overlord movement speed and drop to main and natural at the same time
