(Bly's) ZvZ Nydus (ZvZ Cheese)
Description
This is a dirty ZvZ build Bly used against Nerchio in the WESG 2017 (2018 actually), and Nerchio wasn't ready for it at all. Since you go straight to a 2-base nydus play without much scouting, this is an all-in, and your goal is to at least kill a crucial amount of drones, but rather aim straight for the win. This build is risky because you delay your lings and don't get a spine or a baneling nest, so you need to watch the mini map for any early agression and adjust the build if necessary. You stop at 33 Drones (9 in gas) to only build units and you also want to hide your nydus network from overlords peeking in (i would suggest to build it in your natural behind your mineral line or between your bases) and block your "front door" with the evos, roach warren and queens. If a Zergling sneaks in at the start, you can "mindgame" your opponent by starting ling speed and cancelling it when the opponent has no vision anymore. Because you don't get ling speed and early lings, you'll have a slight eco advantage and therefore potentially more units to strike with when you get into his main, so when executed properly it's a very strong timing and a pretty cool build.

Analysis
PROs:
- hits before (most) upgrades finish
- crushes ling-bane and spire play
- safe against early roach pushes
- strong against "too" greedy players
- tricking the opponent into thinking you go for double upgrades
- QUEENS! :D
CONs:
- greedy droning with late zerglings
- lack of scouting besides first overlords
- vulnerable against any early-pool with banelings
- if the opponent scouts the nydus and has a 3rd base, you could be straight up losing the game
