Terran players are going for greed 3 base build right now, and a 2 base timing attack is a good way to punish them for it. This works against various, standard Liberator and Banshee aggression since those are often paired with early 3rd CCs.
The basic strategy is to Nydus into their base with Queens and Roaches and then gut them from the inside out. This build is somewhat cheesy as it depends on your opponent not seeing the Nydus Network going down, so make sure your opponent doesn't scout you
13 | 0:15 | Overlord | |
18 | 0:56 | Hatchery | at natural |
19 | 1:16 | Spawning Pool | |
19 | 1:23 | Extractor | |
22 | 2:08 | Zergling x2, Queen x2 | for scouting |
28 | 2:26 | Metabolic Boost | pull 1 Drone out of gas, safety for Reaper play |
31 | 2:46 | Queen x2 | |
44 | 3:21 | Lair, Roach Warren | Should have 100 gas right when Queens finish |
47 | 3:42 | Extractor x2 | |
54 | 4:23 | Extractor, Queen, Nydus Network | Place it away from your Hatcheries so it isn't scanned, Star cranking out Queens |
57 | 4:34 | Roach x5 | Start Roach production and don't stop from here |
75 | 4:55 | Overseer | on an Overlord on the other side of the map |
83 | 5:28 | Nydus Canal | Right in the middle of their base, and attack |
In this particular game, there wasn't much Hellion pressure, but presumably there should be more defense there.
You don't really need upgrades for your Roaches in this build. Instead, hitting faster with more Roaches (for the gas) works better.
When you're loading up your Nydus Network, put your Queens in first so that they pop out first. Especially if they have Siege Tanks in position, you will have to be very quick to get the Queens out and start Transfusing immediately.
Rally your units into the Nydus Network to keep the attack going.

wh00tl0rd If you see they've left their base to attack, you can either not go through the nydus to their base or if you have more stuff than them you can send some of your units through but leave enough at home to defend/ maybe get a spine or 2 if you want, and then push and reinforce with your remaining units using the nydus or just rallying to their base.

What if the terran moved out for an attack just before nydus was placed and decides to go for a base race and lifts his buildings?

While I didn't use this specific build, I did remember seeing you use a variant of this to counter your opponents bunker rush. :D Keep up the great work, Simon!
