Send 2 scv's out immediately to make 2 rax at 14 near the enemy base. rally marines to just out of sight of the natural and make a bunker in range but out of sight of the natural. Keep making rines and bunker push the enemy down. Be as efficient as possible with your marines by staying near the bunker. However if this doesn't work and they break you hopefully after taking down the natural, make a factory at the main ramp to block and a starport hidden away or even proxied and make hellion banshee with cloak as each structure finishes. (If proxied you should send an scv when the factory starts so the starport isn't delayed) Using hellion banshee you can defend the incoming counter push and then pin the enemy at home, trying to kill probes/ drones while taking minimum losses. It's very important not to let your units die as then there'll be nothing to keep them at home while you get workers out, get a 3rd and either transition to bio, or stay on mech.
Block off your ramp with depots to stop counters and scouting.
