This is a solid ZvT build that keeps you safe against most openers, and can easily be adjusted to deal with different types of pressure while being fairly economic. You can choose to go hydra or muta at lair tech.

This build takes a fast (~2:30) third base, which requires sneaking a drone out to the third and hiding it before the reaper arrives. The example replay shows how to handle 2/1/1
Some possible adaptations vs specific pressures: vs Hellion Banshee:
vs Hellion Cyclone -(still working on this one >_<)
Against mech: - drop roach warren
Cancel melee if less than 50% complete, get +1 ranged instead
skip/cancel baneling nest
make 6-8 roaches to defend hellions. Keep your creep queens on the opposite side of your territory from your roaches so you don't die to multiprong
Lair ASAP
Infestation pit and hydra den as soon as lair finishes
harass with 12-16 swarm hosts, make hydras while teching to hive.
Win the game with hydra viper (possibly 2-3 ultras to tank as well)
