The Goal of the build is to get Mutalisks out as quickly as possible without dying. For that purpose I defend early on with a Bane Nest and optional Spine while cutting the Ling Speed. Banelings are only morphed if the opponent shows aggression (keep some lings home).
The Mutalisks will give me mid game control and allow me to drone up my 3rd. I still have to be careful of runbys. In the Meta the response to Mutalisks are either Ravager Infestor or Roach Ravager Hydra, both can be dealt with Lurkers.
So we get the Lurker Den as quickly as possible and once we have those out we are free to add Infestors or other tech units.

The Build reaches 2 base Saturation around ~4:20ish at that point try to expand. The Baneling Nest with 4 Lings ready to morph should be enough to stop most aggression. SCOUT if possible. Mutalisks don't do well against Queens. Keep them at home if possible. You will be behind in Upgrades, try to use Lurkers to fight instead of Hydralisks until you are starting to catch up. Against Mutalisks of your opponent consider rushing out Infestors.
