The more things change, the more they stay the same. In early game PvT, we have Adepts, Reaper explosives, and Cyclones. The economy changes have thrown off available minerals early game. And yet, you can still open with a very economic 1 Gate Expand and then go for Oracle harass in the enemy mineral line. This should be a stable, standard opening for PvT
This build comes from this game between Arthur and Kelazhur in the ASL Prime LotV tournament http://lotv.spawningtool.com/2168/

This isn't the fastest Oracle, but delaying the Stargate frees up gas for an early defensive Mothership Core as well as an Adept, which Arthur uses to fend off Reaper harass.
In the game this comes from, Arthur has a tricky time dealing with the very new strategy of Widow Mine drops in the mineral line. The detection on Oracles, of course, can help with that.
He transitions into a big Immortal/Adept attack with Oracles and Void Rays thrown in. I get the sense that Arthur doesn't really know what's going on with LotV yet, but he still wins.
