Nerchio used this build at Blizzcon against TY. Unfortunately, it doesn't really work out because TY remains active on the map to see the drop AND has a good mix of Hellbats and Tanks to counter it.
Load up and look to drop on top of the Tanks at 8:00 to catch the Terran in transition if they are greedy.

Nerchio opens Hatch Gas Pool, and this was on New Gettysburg, which doesn't have any many threats for drops. He is ready for the Marine Mine drop around 5:00 with Roaches and looks to take advantage of a timing where TY is greedy in taking a 3rd base in the mid-game.
He also doesn't build too many Queens since it is an all-in.
