This is one of Terran's most flexible opener in 3.8, utilizing the power of the Cyclone early game to deflect any pushes or drop pressure from your Terran counterpart. This build opens with a safe opener that can diverge into 2 base play, Cloak Banshee play, and even a quick 3CC, as shown by Maru, Innovation, and TY. This build was derived mostly from IEM Gyeonggi Qualifiers. While the build I showcase is a middle-of-the-road opener, there are certainly other alternatives that makes playing this build exciting and dynamic.
Why is there no SALT encoding or Overwolf build?

Eventually, the matchup should converge into a 1-1-1 with 3CC before adding on additional Barracks, regardless of your decision making based on scouting information. This build transitions extremely well into Bio while establishing an equal or stronger air control. The reason transitioning into Mech with this build will not work is because:

ESL released the IEM Gyeonggi Online Qualifiers replays a while ago. Filter for TY and Maru in their TvT games.
If you can't find those, you can search for VODs on YouTube.
