----- Credits to TerranCraft ----- There is an interesting trend for a Cyclone push after a Reaper expand into a Widow Mine drop in this patch. This has been used by TY in the IEM Gyneoggi Online Qualifiers. Read https://terrancraft.com/2016/11/29/tvp-patch-3-8-early-look/ for a more in-depth look.
Why is there no SALT encoding or Overwolf build?

This build opens up with a 1-1-1 with a reasonable Marine count, and Widow Mines to be safe against early aggression, especially Widow Mines can absorb a lot of the Oracle's potential for harassment. When your 2 Widow Mines and Medivac are completed, use the Medivac to drop the 2 Widow Mines. Be sure not to lose the Medivac and Widow Mines. The Cyclone Marine Medivac (and Liberator with 2 Mines ideally) timing should hit at the Protoss natural at approximately 5:15 depending on the map. Make Vikings instead of Liberators if the Protoss built Phoenixes. For more in-depth analysis: https://terrancraft.com/2016/11/29/tvp-patch-3-8-early-look/
