This build order from Neeb is a standard Mothership Core Stargate opener, getting an Oracle for harassment opportunity and utility throughout the game. The Robotics and Twilight go down after the 4:00 Nexus, but these timings can vary depending on what you see from the Terran. Rely on Oracle(s), Adepts, and MSC to keep you safe in the early game.
Why is there no SALT encoding or Overwolf build?

This build is intensely defensive in nature until you've stabilized on 3 bases with Blink Stalkers and Robotics Bay tech on the way. Use Oracle for scouting purposes and tag any pushes that the Terran may attempt in the early game. DO NOT LOSE ORACLE TO WIDOW MINES. Keep the MSC in the main base and Adepts in the natural to defend against drop aggression.
