(This Build order shows how it plays out in this particular game)
In this game, Byun does a proxy factory and starport to get out early cyclones and liberators on 1 base. sOs goes for a proxy stargate with an expo which leads him to win, but this build is great none the less.
Why is there no SALT encoding or Overwolf build?

*(Between these events Byun is making SCV's) *
Byun with standard 16 rax, refinery and then immediately sends an SCV to proxy a factory at 20 supply. He then makes an orbital, starts making marines constantly after putting a reactor on the rax and grabs another refinery. He stays on 1 base throughout the game as this is all-in, he makes a Starport as soon as the factory finishes, and makes 2 widowmines(wm) for a future wm drop. When the starport finishes, Byun makes a medivac to drop the Widowmines and adds a tech lab to the Factory which will be used to make Cyclones, while also making an e-bay for turrets incase of Oracles/ drops. Byun carries out the widowmine drop asap when the medivac comes while starting making Cyclones and Liberators. Continue to make these units and siege the enemy with your Libs, Cyclones and Marines that you have been/ are making.

This build order is wrong. At 1:30 Byun was 108 gas. Collect as much gas at 1:30 is impossible with 16 refinery. So, it was 15 refinery.

Be careful about revealing the widow mine drop too early to your protoss opponent.
Most will immediately start preparing for cyclones and liberators (getting Twilight Council rather than quick Robo for Warp Prism harassment, and holding with blink stalkers). Try to drop your widow mines in the main of the protoss while he is paying attention to your cyclone/liberator/marine push, it is often more effective.
