This is a build by master league Terran player Evan Kim. He demonstrates how to execute it in the linked VOD playing against the champion Zerg player FireCake. It is a build designed to deal massive economic damage against Zerg players who use the build currently in vogue, which is fast three hatchery roach ravager into fast ultralisks. If executed properly you effectively prevent the Zerg player from reaching hive tech and end the game early.

This build works extremely well if your opponent takes a fast third hatchery and didn't open with roaches, but because you transition into banshees it is still effective against early roaches. This build only makes one medivac before transitioning to cloaked banshees so it is crucial that you do not lose the medivac!
The execution of this build is similar to the six hellbat timing push. It starts with getting map control with your early hellions and sniping any stray zerglings. When you have six hellions, load up your medivac with about four marines and try to snipe your opponent's third if he or she went for a fast third. Use micro tricks like tucking your hellions behind mineral patches to herd lings into a straight line.
You want to get as many drone kills as possible before transitioning into banshee harass and forcing your opponent to invest in spore crawlers. Continue to mass hellions and do run-bys into mineral lines. Split up your hellions so you target multiple hatcheries simultaneously and force your opponent to split his or her army.
Once your economy is up and running you should have five factories with three tech labs and two reactors. You can supplement that with barracks or starports depending on your play style as well as the Zerg's follow up. If you scout a spire, just research mag-field accelerator and pump out cyclones.
All in all, a very multitasking-intensive build but adaptable and powerful.
