This is a defensive build designed to get a high marine count to defend against early adept pressure and deny mothership core scouting while you prepare for a marine/tankivac push. It is important to deny the probe scout and to build your 2nd CC inside your main so that protoss is forced to consider that you might be attempting a one-base all-in build. The early raven allows you to snipe observers entering your base as well as detect dark templar and block photon overcharge with point defense drone. As soon as you get your first medivac send 8 marines to protoss' third to deny expansion for as long as possible. Play continues to be defensive into the midgame, while you build up your tank and medivac count and wait for +1 infantry weapons on two bases. It is important to start building supply depots at your natural forming a barrier to your command center and scv line. The 4th and 5th barracks will also be placed at the natural. Your target is to have 50 scvs, 5 medivacs, 5 tanks, 30 marines and 1 raven by 7:30. At this point begin pushing directly toward protoss while securing a third CC and researching +1 armor. Once you engage protoss' army micro becomes paramount as you will need to drop your tanks strategically while splitting marines against disruptor novae. Reinforce with liberators ASAP. Assuming you successfully delayed protoss' third you will be significantly ahead in army supply and resources and potentially can end the game with your first push. If the push fails, simply hold position and wait for reinforcements.
