This is a 2/1/1 build order designed to apply early pressure while simultaneously setting up a strong timing attack. It is especially effective against Zerg, but it also works well versus Protoss and Terran, even up to the Masters League level.
This build provides an early defensive force to hold off enemy aggression, as you will constantly be recruiting 3 Marines at the same time. Once your first 2 Medivacs finish (around the 4:30 mark), you should load approximately 16 Marines and immediately move across the map to begin harassing your opponent.
Your Stimpack research should complete around the time you arrive at the enemy's expansion, allowing you to apply maximum pressure.
After sending out your first Medivac drop, you should transition into a 3rd CC. While this is happening, you prepare a strong follow-up army composed of Marines, Hellbats, and Medivacs.
Against Terran, it is recommended to build Siege Tanks instead of Hellbats for better mid-game control.
Finally, you should move out with your main army around the 5:30 minute mark to hit a powerful timing push.

Scout with the SCV that builds your first Barracks. Against Zerg, try to deny or delay their 3rd expansion whenever possible.
After that, scout again with your Reaper to gather more information and confirm their opening.
At around 38 supply, you should start building your wall at the natural using Supply Depots. Once you begin producing Medivacs, pull an extra SCV so you can build 2 Supply Depots at the same time and avoid supply blocks.
You should train around 16 Marines, and once your first 2 Medivacs finish (around the 4:30 mark), load them up and go for a drop at your opponent's expansion. By the time you arrive, your Stim Marines should be ready, allowing you to apply immediate pressure.
Back at home, as soon as you move out with your first 2 Medivacs, start your 3rd CC.
After finishing your first 2 Medivacs swap the Starport with the Factory, then produce 2 Hellbats at a time and build a Liberator to harass your opponent’s mineral line, followed by an additional Medivac to reinforce your frontline. Swap your Starport and Factory once again to produce 2 Medivacs and 1 Siege Tank at the same time.
Your main timing attack army should consist of:
Marines
6 Hellbats
3 Medivacs
Against Terran, build Siege Tanks instead of Hellbats.
You should move out for the main timing push around the 5:30 minute mark.
