Analysis

Continue droning until you are at full one base saturation before spamming roaches/queens.

100% Lair -> Nydus Worm Constant Roach/Queen/OL production 100% Nydus Worm -> Build nydus at opponents base and begin piling units into Nydus. Attack as soon as your nydus worm pops up.

NOTES:

Use your single pair of lings to deny any worker scouting if possible.

Your first OL should be positioned in an area where you can reliably place a nydus worm within your opponents base while avoiding their building detection.

When you begin to put queens into your nydus, inject onto the hatchery as each queen finishes AND then move that queen to the nydus worm. This will ensure you keep up your injects while at the same time using the queens in your main attack.

Keep your queens ALIVE so you can snipe any air units they may have. Transfuse and spread creep in their base accordingly.

Tirelessethan You aren't ever expanding, any good player will see this as not standard and assume cheese/all-in.
e.g.
Protoss, probe scout comes in see's pool first not expansion, you aren't making lings till 21 supply so the probe stay still no expansion - assumes all-In

Zerg(Pool first) Speed is finished early they scout you with first set of lings see no expansion - builds spines, makes lings

Terran, Makes single Reaper, scouts no expansion, harras you to death, keeps making Reapers

This may work against low level players but anyone who scouts is going to assume you are going to cheese/all in and you have no way to deny any scouting throughout the whole game, so they can basically watch you whilst you attempt the 1 base then defend it

btw cheers for down voting my builds

@Klimpsch

If your opponent tries to harass you just leave a few roaches at home and you'll have more than enough.

There's not really any way to completely deny scouting of the build, it is an all-in after all so it will only get you so far.

I mean the only way to completely deny scouting for ANY build would be to make a ridiculously early pool which is out of the question.

I've beat several plat/diamonds with this build so I can assure you it works well.

Also keep in mind that you aren't getting Zergling speed which means you can't defend against the opponents Speedlings, you can't defend against reapers, and you can't defend against adepts. If you do this in any match up you will die...

How are you going to stop them scouting no expansion with a Zergling at 21 supply?
