Description

Proxy DT in any matchup, but in different matchups there are a bit different steps. 3 DT at 3:53 at enemy's main with switch into immortals. I play only that build and have 5117 MMR right now and 5231 in pick. I recommend to watch replay before doing that build. If you have questions or in need of tips, write me, i will answer.

Analysis

General notes

You do closed wall at ramp in all matchups. When it's time to build a robotics, you can build it with 5 seconds delay, the same with 4th gate. When prism arrives, you will only have money to warp 3 DT, so no matter if 4th gate is later. After you warp DT, remember that DTs are units, they can attack and take damage, and sometimes they can fight with enemy's army even if he has detection. Focus spores, pylon that powers robotics/stargate, run out of scans. Of course try not to lose any DT, they are very expensive. After you retreated with DT, merge them into archons and switch into immortals and other units. Harass enemy with 2 archons/1 archon and immortal. Do not build more archons if opponent doesn't build a lot of zerglings or marines. Always micro with prism in battles. On different maps there is a bit different timing, it also depends of proxy location. Your win depends on your micro, build execution, luck and right decisions.

PVT

You send probe to place proxy after second gas. In PvT your purpose is to deal as more damage as you can, and kill him with your army later. Your army contains immortals/archons/zealots and don't forget about sentry. After warping 3/4 DT you research charge for zealots. You research charge only in PvT.

PvP

You send probe to proxy after building first gas. If there is a chance your enemy will do oracle, do pylon and battery in mineral line. In PvP on high level when opponent scouts he looks at your second pylon, so if he scouts build second pylon on main, and build third pylon in proxy, this will help to confuse him, but will delay your DTs a bit. You can try to send probe to your second base like you are going to build nexus. These features come to you with experience, so play more and you will learn more. In PvP your purpose is to kill his way to get detection = robotics or stargate. Often games in PvP just end instantly after you kill robotics pylon. If opponent already build an observer, you're trying to deal as more damage as you can with harass, kill some probes or stargate/robotics. Your army contains stalkers/adepts/immortals/sentry.

PvZ

You send probe to proxy after building second gas. Your army contains immortals/stalkers/zealots/archons. If enemy has mostly zerglings, more build archons and zealots.
