This is a 2 base version of the cyclone all-in. It hits 1 minute later, with 3 more cyclones and speed upgraded.
I made this build mainly for 2v2, as your ally can help take damage for your cyclones with chargelots or zerglings.
You can use this build for 1v1 in TvP & TvZ (you'll get killed by tank/raven/marine in TvT), but you may want to SCV scout at 18 since you'll have no units until 2:56. TvP weaknesses: immortals TvZ weaknesses: zergling surrounds
The natural transition after 12-15 cyclones is mech. Start a 3rd CC and 4th gas around 5:30, and a 3rd factory around 6:00. Between 6:30-7:00 you can get 2 armories and your 4th & 5th factories.
Spawningtool doesn't recognize Hurricane Thrusters, so don't forget to start it by 3:20 (1:40 research time -> finishes at 5:00)
