Since cyclones no longer need a tech lab, we should be pretty safe to build one as our first factory unit instead of a hellion. We can then go straight into seige tank and raven production off of 2 reapers and 1 cyclone, and should be safe once the first tank finishes.
Mech is very defensive until you reach a high supply. Against early 2-3 tank + marine/raven pushes you'll need to use your autoturrets to help defend since you won't have any marines. Spend extra minerals on missile turrets and later, more orbitals. Keep at least 1 tank seiged at each base at all times. Your main army will be slighly smaller, but it's entirely worth it.
Try to build add-ons with the barracks as indicated in the build notes, as it's more efficient, but don't sweat it if it's difficult to coordinate.
After the build completes, start building thors and liberators, along with a fusion core for liberator range. You only want about 10 seige tanks in your army.
