Chargelot all-in with scouting denial.
This is an powerful build, however, I did not find a good build order and instructions, so I created my own.
The timing and supply is directly taken from my reference replay. There might be minor timing/supply inacurrencies due to my level(Diamond 2, my account is CommandeR on CN server). Notes that the reference replay is played at slower speed and timings are translated according to the speed factors to timings in faster speed.

Cut Probes: Cut Probes at 46 supply, or 36 probes. After you build the Twilight Council, immediately take one probe from each gas and go mine minerals in the natural. Note that, after you transfer the probes, the natural will be saturated with 16 probes.
Cut probes when there are 36. This is optimal, that is, you will not have enough minerals at 5:30 to wrap-in 8 zealots if you cut earlier, unless, you want to pull all the probes in gas to mine minerals at natural when you have enough gas to research charge, in which case you can cut probes when there are 32 probes.
Chronoboost: First Adept is chronoed. Voidray is chronoed. Warp Prism is chronoed. Charge is chronoed 3 times. The rest of the chronoes goes to probes.
Timing: First Round of Warp-in 7 zealots at 5:04, Second Round of Warp-in 8 zealots at 5:30. Charge finishes at 5:37. Attack with 17 chargelots and all other units except leave one unit at home in the wall. Altinatively, you can wall with a pylon when you build 4 pylons, and go with all your army.
Scouting Denial: Using the voidray to deny scouting is critical to success, kill any overlord that might reveal to your opponent there is an attack coming.
Make sure opponent doesn't see many gateways going down or finished after about 4 minutes.
Make sure opponent doesn't see the moveout of warp prism or zealots, or two rounds of warp-ins.
