This is mostly just a worse version of a marauder 3 rax, but I suppose it could catch your opponent off guard. In any case, it's definitely a meme build.

Analysis
When the final round of marines (made after the ghosts) finishes up, move out. When you arrive, you should have 2 EMPs and 2 snipes total. If your opponent goes for sentries and/or adepts, the push might just work out.
