Description
This is somewhere between 12-pool all in and standard 17 proxy hatch in terms of cheesyness. It works mostly because of unusual timings, to steamroll whoever isn't very creative with responses to hatch proxy.

Analysis
- by skipping 13 ovie we can put the hatch about 12s earlier, in hopes it won't be spotted too early
- pool timing is very aggressive so as to have room for early roach transition
The above gimps your eco by ~500 minerals, so you must inflict at least the same cost - don't cancel hatch too early if opponent defends, their workers must nibble away for a while for this to work.
If you're forced to cancel the hatch, take gasses and make roach warren, then proceed with roach-ravager push just by wandering across the map with 3-5 units 2 minutes later. Provided you slowed opponents eco enough you can still win.
