tldr: reaper FE, 6 hellion 1 viking, 3/1/1 into 5/1/1, 2 base marine tank all-in
Relatively simple TvZ build order for Platinum and Diamond players looking to learn how to play Terran Bio. Recommended for players that are race switching or only have a limited repertoire of openings, such as ViBE's B2GM Mech build.
This build opens similarly to professional TvZ. We go for a Barracks first Reaper FE with an SCV scout after Barracks (20 supply). We then transition into 1/1/1 with Reactor Hellion. The first Starport unit is a Viking. The build then transitions into 3 Barracks.
After getting to the 3/1/1 setup, we finish saturating our two bases with up to 46 SCVs (Note: with good macro, this number is reachable by 5:30). After that point, we stop building workers and we have two choices in transition. We can either take a third CC or add two extra Barracks and go all-in with 5/1/1. I would recommend for newer players to use the 5/1/1 variation at first. This will allow you to practice Marine Tank engagements and have games that end more quickly, so you can pra tice more.

BONUS: On July 4, 2021, Dream used a variation of this build on Oxide against Reynor in the DreamHack Season Finals. Dream opens the same way, but goes up to 5 Barracks with no add-ons on the 4th and 5th - 7 Marine production at a time. Additionally, Dream stops Medivac production at 4 and produces Liberators after that. VOD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPtBNpAExHQ&t=2320s

-SCV scout using the SCV that completed the Barracks. When you arrive at the Zerg natural, you are looking for the timing. A proper Zerg Hatch first opening will have that Hatchery complete at 2:00, which is around the time your SCV arrives. If it appears that the Hatchery is more than 15 seconds late (you can tell by how much HP it has), then we must prepare for a possible Pool first cheese. (Anti-cheese guide not included here)
-We build 6 Hellions here, which can be used for map control and scouting. In particular, you will need to adjust if they are doing a fast Roach rush (3 Bunkers, Siege Tank recommended).
-After swapping for Reactor Factory, build one additional Marine so you can have two Marines total. This is to appear scary against Overlords. Afterwards, you don't need to make more Marines for another minute or so. Just build a Tech Lab and start Stimpack on it once it's ready, no more Marines needed.
-With our Viking, the objective is to kill Overlords near our base. This, alongside our two Marines, will make it difficult for Zerg to scout with Overlords. This adds confusion for them, they may not realize we are committing on two bases.
-After our 6 Hellions and Viking are complete, we add two more Barracks. The first of the two will be built on the Factory's Reactor, while the Factory flies off to build a Tech Lab. The second of the two can be built beside the Starport, while the Starport builds a Reactor which will be swapped once the Barracks is done. Finally, the Starport will build another Reactor as it prepares for double Medivac production.
-Once our first two Medivacs are ready, we will do an F2 move out with our entire army. Save scans at this point to clear creep, if applicable. If timed correctly, we should hit at around 6:45 with 3 Siege Tanks, 2 Medivacs, and many Marines, with 9 Marines in production at once from 5 Barracks. I recommend doing a rally push by pressing F2 repeatedly here.
