tldr: double gas 2 reaper 1 hellion FE into 1 raven into 3/1/1 into 5/1/1 marine tank all-in
Relatively simple TvT build order for Platinum and Diamond players looking to learn how to play Terran Bio. Recommended for players that are race switching or only have a limited repertoire of openings, such as ViBE's B2GM Mech build.
The build opens with a double Refinery with a fast Factory, which is one of the safer and more common openings in professional TvT in 2020.
After taking the natural CC, the objective is to build one Raven and one Cyclone, which will help defend any possible early aggression. We then proceed to transition to 3 Barracks relatively quickly, as well as an Engineering Bay, prior to any third CC. This allows us to build up a large Bio army faster than standard TvT play, which allows us to be aggressive with our units in the midgame.
After getting to the 3/1/1 setup, we finish saturating our two bases with up to 46 SCVs (Note: with good macro, this number is reachable by 5:50). After that point, we stop building workers and we have two choices in transition. We can either take a third CC (on location) or add two extra Barracks and go all-in with 5/1/1. I would recommend for newer players to use the 5/1/1 variation at first. This will allow you to practice Marine Tank engagements and have games that end more quickly, so you can pra tice more.

-After starting your Factory, take 3 SCVs off gas and save up for a CC.
-We build 2 Reapers and 1 Hellion for early defence. We get a Reactor on the Barracks and Tech Lab on the Factory afterwards.
-After 100% Cyclone, swap add-ons with the Starport so you can start your Raven immediately.
-After 100% Raven, we swap our Barracks onto the Starport's Tech Lab. We then build two Barracks at the same time, with one on the original Reactor. The Starport will then create another Reactor for the third Barracks to use.
-After the Barracks are complete, do the final add-on swap onto the Starport Reactor and create one final Reactor with the Starport.
-Mid-game setup: 3 Barracks with 1 Tech Lab and 2 Reactors. 1 Factory with Tech Lab. 1 Starport with Reactor. (3/1/1)
-Initially, build one Supply Depot at a time. When your second and third Barracks are almost complete, that is when you should start building two Supply Depots at a time instead of one. This is because you are about to EXPLODE in production with your 3/1/1 setup.
-At 46 SCVs, stop building workers. At this point you can either build two extra Barracks (Reactors to follow) and go 5/1/1 all-in on two bases, or build a third CC followed by two Barracks and continued SCV production afterwards.
-When macroing, try to prioritize gas spending first. You should be spending gas on Siege Tanks, Medivacs, upgrades, Reactors, etc. Once all your gas is spent, you can spend the excess minerals on Supply Depots and Marines.
-Tactically, you can use the Raven spells offensively to disable important Siege Tanks and cast Auto-Turret to deal and take damage (Missile ability is not recommended). Your first move-out can be when the first two Medivacs spawn, and you will be looking for a kill on the opponent's third base if applicable. The next timing is with 4 Medivacs, which is also around when your Combat Shields will be hitting. Note that if you have a Raven selected along with Marines, you will have to press Tab to Stim. Use scans liberally so that you can fight with confidence. Remember that as your Medivac count increases, you will have the opportunity to utilize "doom drops" - where you load a huge amount of army into several Medivacs and drop them into the opponent's main base.
