This is a clean build order version of uThermals Terran School #16 TvP Allin tutorial.
SCV production steps are included, since it is crucial to stop SCV production before building barracks. Be sure to move workers from and back to gas at the correct timings.
When moving out with 3 tanks, 2 banshees and marines at around 5:00, be sure to bring along 4 workers (and set them to auto-repair).
If you saturate your main with exactly 16 workers on minerals you should have 4 workers at the natural that you can bring along.

Cutting workers and staying on two bases obviously means you need to hit hard and do game-winning damage with your first push. Timings to move workers from and to gas and stopping worker production are given in the build order step comments.
Two obvious weaknesses to this build are (proxy) oracles and DTs. Scout around your base and try to scout possible DT tech in their main.
