General Goal
The general concept of this build is going skyterran. Toss nowadays don't expect speed banshees in masses. Use them to snipe nexuses and cripple the opponents economy as much as you can. The mines are used over the entirety of the game to keep the toss army in check. Try in general to use the mines also for runbys, harass and also to build traps e.g. If the toss wants to blink under your banshees have mines ready to snipe them. etc. The later stages of the game if you can't finish the toss with the banshees a BC switch is necessary. Also here the mines are used to protect the BCs from whatever the toss throws at u.
Phase 1
First step of the game is to go for mass banshees with speed to keep the toss in his base and defend. Build up your banshee count and try to harass as much as you can. Always plant a few widow mines at your flight entrance. Meaning: If you enter the toss base at the top base, plant 3 widow mines there. If the toss goes for phoenixes retreat into the widow mine trap so the toss looses his phoenixes.
Phase 2
Depending on how your opponent reacts to your mass banshee mines combo you can finish him with banshees and mines, just add more banshees to overpower the stalkers and constant harass his mineral lines if he sticks with blink stalkers, or, if he transitions into air, transition into BCs and use mines to keep the toss army in check so they can't engage the BCs. You have to have a fusion core ready either way. The biggest threat to BCs are tempests which can't engage BCs if mines are around. Try to plant the widow mines under the tempests to snipe them.
Keep in mind: At the start you need a few tanks to get your production up and don't die to an all-in from the toss.
Vod starts at 1h:15 with the build.
