This is a super fast 3 Gate that still gets 8 Units at opponent's ramp by 3:20 by proxying the 3rd gate early enough to Chrono a Stalker out of it before Warp tech finishes.
This can be fairly easily dealt with by Zergs who can flood lings even if they went Hatch first to counter it, but it is a disaster for Protoss and Terran to handle.

Here are the pros and cons compared to a traditional 4 Gate:
Pro - This build is faster and hits earlier which makes all the difference
Con - When fighting a 4 gate your adepts are trash compared to their Stalkers
Pro - Adepts can use Shade to give high ground vision to pick off Supply depots for free or to Shade by bunkers or cannons.
Pro - The 4 fast Adepts are much better at defending your proxy from early lings or a reaper which is why you usually only need the 1 proxy pylon
Pro - By not building a 4th Gate you are saving 150 minerals
Con - There are slightly more probe cuts, but you still end up with 23 Probes and the lost minerals do not add up anywhere near to the 150 you saved on the 4th Gateway.
Con - You are more vulnerable against air, so if you are playing against 2 Protoss that might both be going skytoss you may need to fall back and let ally ling flood their base. Against 1 Skytoss you should have plenty of Stalkers.
