A good economic ZvP opener that develops into a push on the Protoss's 3rd. Lair and Hydra Den are rushed a bit to hit the 3rd as soon as possible. Very strong vs. a macro Protoss with a quick 3rd.

The Hydra rush allows you to defend a lot of pushes in between 5min and 7min. If no timing attack comes from the Protoss, then you can go forward with the BO and try to kill his 3rd and get a base advantage for the midgame (usually 4 base Zerg vs. 2 base Protoss).
