Build orders from ZvT games (Serral vs HeroMarine) examined by Lowko. This is an example of how Serral gets into mid/late game.

This build follows the "Rule of 1 gas" as Lowko puts it: Take 2 more gases (2nd and 3rd Extractors) after fully saturating 3 bases.
Keep in mind Serral had 7 queens - 3 for injecting, 4 for spreading creep. Use the spreaders to reinforce new hatcheries. At this point you can use the tumors to spread & have an army to defend/poke.
There are no spore crawlers in this build - they might be necessary to build in the mineral lines around the 4:30 mark against harass.
