Analysis

At the end of the last patch, players are using a wide range of openings that converge to the same Raven and Viking build. Whatever mainstream builds you used in the last patch for TvT are still the metagame builds. This build starts with a familiar three Reapers and two Hellions opening. It is easier to expect the common variations when you play against this opening, so the Battlecruiser has an element of surprise.

Hey! Im a Random Player around plat 3 - diamond 3 playing both solo and teams.
I've tried this build in every matchup.
I think TvP is the worst matchup for the build becouse Protoss always go voidrays on my level.
