This is how I envision what's the best build order for beginners. It's normal to not execute perfectly the first time but the goal is here(and I'm also not doing it perfectly ;) ). It's very standard so adjustments are in order if you want to play safer or more scout heavy with creep,... For example: I do not remove the drone in the first gas to make it simpler. I kept my usual camera setups and control groups setup but you can modulate it of course. My upgrades and T3 are late in order to focus more on macro/injects. I don't make spores against banshees/liberators/oracles/... And so on...

Reflexion on the choices I made: Drone Overlord Drone, is very important, don't do gas trick, too hard, focus solely on simple tasks, that's how Starcraft works. Hatchery at 16 to prevent probe blocking, and it's overall better against all-ins. I made 4 lings in order to be safe against Reapers but also early lings, adepts, kill the probe canceling the 3rd. At around 26 pull the drone, or when the 2nd base queen finishes in order to push the reaper at the 3rd with her. I'm not pulling the drones out of the gas, so the Lair is very early, if you pull, you can make the Lair around 4:20 but retake the gas then. Once we are at 66(3 saturated bases)-70 drones we can start producing mass units until 200 pop. When we are at 200pop, we attack and don't focus on the pop but instead on the injects we missed, and we are starting upgrades, infestation pit because now we have enough attention to do it. Don't forget also to launch T3 and +1/+1 following it. If I could only say one sentence, I'd say: Make it simple. Don't go with complicated schemes, concentrate on producing drones and injecting correctly and then you can concentrate on scout, tech choices, micro,...
