Spawning Tool: ViBE's Roach timing attack

In ViBE's 2019 Bronze to GM series he outlines this timing attack for Diamond 3 to Diamond 2 Zerg.

ViBE uses 17 hatch opener against Terran and 16 vs Z/P.

Follow the next few rules:

keep 3 in gas for first 300 collected
first 100 into ling speed
next 200 saved for roaches
cap eco around 27 drones (16 main minerals, 8 natural minerals, 3 gas)
with excess minerals get hatch, Roach Warren, queen, then get a supply buffer with 3-4 overlords
army hits with 8-10 Roaches and at least that many lings
