Hi!
Today we'll see a very old and classical PvP cheese that you all may know in its older version (2 gates proxy). With the LotV edition, the build is slightly different, but even stronger as most of the protoss go for nexus first in the easy "pocket expansions" in the 1v1 maps.
14 | 0:20 | | |
15 | 0:40 | | Proxy |
16 | 0:55 | | |
16 | 1:10 | | |
16 | 1:15 | | |
23 | 1:45 | | |
23 | 1:48 | | |
24 | 1:58 | | |
26 | 2:05 | | |
28 | 2:10 | | |
30 | 2:30 | | |
30 | 2:31 | | |
30 | 2:40 | |
The build order i just wrote is traced from the replay, which means you shouldnt care about the supply as it will always change from one game to another. Just understand how to take your gaz and start stalker production to take advantage of your position
If your opponent is going for nexus first, this should be 95% victory for you, you just need to focus the economy and switch quickly to stalkers to guarantee a free win.
Don't forget you should use this build on a 1v1 map where the opponent is likely to take a nexus first (e.g : Dusk Towers)
Glhf
Sorry for ruining the PvP matchup :c

From my experience, if your opponent launched a nexus and wants to keep it, he may be dead anyways. But we had this debate about "gate then nexus" in the VOD, and if he scoots after the nexus and spots the proxy at this timing, i think he'll be able to hold by cancelling his nexus and instantaneously dropping a forge & canons in the wall
about 1 gate cyber double gas into tech, as he invests really quickly into the extractors, he usually have nothing to counter the two really quick zelots and that snowballs until you end up with the stalkers
Hope i helped you ;D

How does this do against gate nexus? What about 1 gate cyber double gas into tech?
