This is Maru's go-to TvP build. It is adaptable against any Protoss build.
We know Maru used the same build (with minor adjustments) against Trap in the last GSL semi final. People attribute his defeat against Trap to his lack of diversity in builds and strategies. But I believe his decision has much to do with the state of the match up and the map pool. His build is very solid for ladder games.
Maru always starts with a 16 Refinery Reaper expand into 1-1-1, and then he puts down two more Barracks for a 3-1-1 Stim and Medivac move out timing. The Cyclone and Viking are mainly used to defend against Stargate tech.
The goal is to make a timing attack at Protoss' third Nexus with bio, two Medivacs, 2-4 Widow Mines, and a Raven. You should have +1 Infantry attack, Stim, and Combat Shield too. The Raven is critical to the push, so make sure you are careful with its positioning.
You can make some adjustments to the build if you know opponent is not using a Stargate build. For example, you can make a Siege Tank after the Cyclone against Twilight Council tech.
This build is featured in the September issue of the Metagame Build Order series on TerranCraft.

Only strong if protoss choose stargate route, get rekt with every other build for protoss
economy behind in every way, 3rd base way too late, a timing attack that don't have the power to kill protoss, and lead to free win for your opponent in 13~15 min game. n, even if protoss go stargate, it can switch to colossus and hold the push.
if you do win the match, is not because the strategy, is protoss choose to have 3rd base and blindly add probe. and let himself with no army to defense.

Build Order is missing that you start +1 Infantry Weapons before Stim.
