A Liberator can not possibly hit at 3:28 using this build, this is demonstrated in the replay provided.
A shouldn't be placed down at 20 supply (although it is in the replay). There's no reason for this in TvP unless you're getting a safety Marine for some absurd reason. The correct placement of the supply depot is at 22 supply. This is because you should be getting a Reactor and only producing SCV's, 2 SCV's take 24 seconds to complete and a Depot takes 21 seconds.
