Denver ZvP - Overlord Drops/Nydus (French VOD) (ZvP Economic)

Description

This is a macro oriented Build order. The opening is very classic with some timing attacks with overlord drops and nydus. The build order has been share by Denver: A 6k7 Zerg player on EU server and the VOD is commented with him.

For the early game, the main defense is mass queen oriented to deny evry mid game timing (before 6min mark). The goal is to have the fastest as possible mineral saturation to do the overlord drop with +1 attack and to mix it with a nydus playstyle.

If your opponent survive, your playstyle should be Roach / Hydralisk / Lurker.

Few tips :

• The main goal with the timing attack is to focus the tech: Forge, Gates and if you can, Twilight+Templar archive
• You should be ready for the 5min/5min30 timing attack which is very common as Protoss (phenix, drop archon, dark templar etc...)
• You can totally delay your timing attack if you see an all-in (for example, cut at 55 drones to do more units)
• Use your nydus to go everywhere and force mistakes
• Prepare your technological transition : Don't forget upgrades, fourth base an lurker den!
