This is a Disgusting PvZ 2 base that relies pretty much on you tricking your opponent and making him overdrone. Mindgame as hard as you can, use the phoenixes to hunt down overlords and prevent him, break chokepoints, get as much efficiency with your units as possible. Usual attack timing is at around 6:30 on most maps. At around 6m, you box all ur chargelots, and a-move them across the map. You can also hit earlier, if your opponent scouts ur units and you feel like now's the time to attack. Once again, this build is more reactionary than most builds, so a lot of decisions this game will depend on how you want to approach the game. If your opponent started making roaches without scouting anything, you can also start getting some stalkers and delaying your push.
Now, the weaknesses to this build are straight up roach balls, which will make your life a pain in the ass if you don't take a good fight. What I like to do with my phoenixes, is right before engaging, lift the units that create chokepoints, let some zealots through, and get as much coverage as possible. Banelings are also relatively hard to deal with because of the fact that you need to be as efficient with your units as possible. Split as hard as you can and take as little damage as possible.
The last thing worth mentionning, is always warping in pylons and zealots. Yea, most of the times your opponent won'T have enough to survive the initial push, but if he does have enough, at least to buy himself some time and get roaches or banes out, and since you dont have a warp prism or a proxy pylon (which you could try and include in your build), you might throw the army lead you have.
