This is a two base timing attack build INnoVation used against Zest recently. The goal is to catch Protoss off guard when they just took a third Nexus.

Many Terran players consider TvP their worst match up. While many have pointed out different reasons for this sentiment, players seem to have problems hitting their familiar mid game timing with Stim and Medivac. The old school mid game goal is always to move out with with Stim and Medivac. In Legacy of the Void, Terran usually hit a timing at the third. This is well countered by the mass Gateway units mid game style, which has become even more popular after Protoss players witnessed its success in the Global Finals 2018. The common follow up to this Gateway heavy mid game is High Templar and Storm.
Adapting to this, pro players tend to shift their timing earlier or later. This build is an example of shifting the timing attack to an earlier timing.
