zuka - Easy PvZ skytoss for beginner (With VOD) (PvZ Economic)
Description
This is a macro build in PvZ focused on air units. Pretty easy to do and works well on map with easy third base to take. You open with a gate expand then you go on a classic air-style : Phoenix and oracle for defense and as soon as you kill overlord, you start going on a mass Air army : Carriers and void ray.
- Open with a gate expand - Stargate : Start with 1 adept (you can chrono him), Stargate then warpgate + second adept
- If you see the overlord scouting your tech : Phenix first, otherwise oracle
- After cleaning overlord, go for Fleet beacon and add another Stargate
- Add your third around 4,30 then follow this simple rule : 1 more base = 1 more Stargate : 3 base = 3 Stargate for example
- Do a mass Carrier and scout as regularly as you can. If you scout a air response (you scout a spire) => Do void ray instead of Carriers, if you scout an hydra tech => Do more and more Carriers
- Around 7min, start your Mothership (as soon as you are able to keep some gas for it)
- Don't forget upgrades (go for attack upgrade first)
- Add robo and storm tech around 10,30min : Usefull to counter infestors
- When you reach 150/200 (you can start adding void ray instead of mass Carrier, you need around 8 Carrier and void ray for other unit + 4 HT and Mothership)
Why using void ray and Carrier ?
- Carriers are amazing against almost all zerg units but can be counter by corruptors
- Void ray are INSANE against corruptors
- Storm is amazing against stacked army like corruptors and hydralisks
