A fast robo and fast double gas in the natural are the sign of a dt/archon drop. However, you spend all your gas on tempest instead of going dt. The answer to dt/archon drop or any kind of two base ground attack involving a fast robo is roach. Contrary to common belief. roaches don't shoot up, making them useless against tempest. Furthermore, Zerg need to cut drone production early to hold a two base ground all in, but against tempest rush droning to 66 is the optimal play. Basically you want to use your prism to fake a ground aggression to trick Zerg into making wrong units and bad macro decisions.
Make two voids to protect yourself from roach counter attack. If Zerg make too many roaches or lings, build cannons and battreies. You may skip blink and get an early forge to be safe. The excessive amount of gas can go into sentry and plus one.
