This is a basic Photon Cannon Rush. You basically treat it like a magic trick, and use some misdirection. Start off by sending one probe into the opponent's base and building a pylon out of their building's vision. Then send another probe that will build a pylon right out front in plan sight. while you are doing this you will want to build a pylon in your base as well as a forge. Once the forge is complete use the probes in your opponent's base to warp in cannons. your opponent will probably send workers to attack your buildings but don't worry about them. just protect your probes and keep building. Eventually one of the sections you started building in will be successful in warping in a cannon. Continue building cannons to wall your opponent in and destroy their main base.
