Not a new build obviously, but with the new Reaper ability, the 2-Rax Reaper cheese is a lot more powerful in LOTV than it was in HOTS. It basically cuts workers in the Beginning to get 2 Barracks proxied at 12 supply.
The idea behind this build is to continue killing enemy military units to prevent him from amassing an army while keeping your Reapers alive so your Reaper count can Snowball out of control.
12 | 0:09 | Supply Depot | |
12 | 0:18 | Refinery | |
12 | 0:37 | Barracks | Proxied. |
12 | 0:55 | Barracks | Can be built at home to fool opponent into thinking he's dealing with a Reaper expand or also proxied to get Reapers into enemy base more quickly. |
12 | 1:01 | SCV | Begin SCV production AFTER second Barracks is started. |
14 | 1:26 | Reaper | Begin continuous Reaper production as soon as Barracks complete. |
15 | 1:35 | Orbital Command | |
22 | 3:09 | Command Center | |
24 | 4:03 | Command Center |
They should be proxied in a location that cannot easily be reached from the opponent's base without the Reaper's cliff-jump ability as they can otherwise be scouted by the opponent, in which case he can pull SCVs to harass your Barracks-building workers and prevent you from completing the Barracks. The exact location is very map-dependent - if you're planning on doing this build frequently, you should probably take a look at each map and decide on Barracks positioning ahead of time.
Key to the execution is also that you continue killing your opponent's units - economic damage is secondary and comes after killing units. Use the Reaper's Grenade to scatter SCVs your opponent pulls and get at the Marines they are trying to shield. Micro back damaged Reapers and have them rejoin the fight when they are healed. Be careful not to lose your initial Reapers - keep them alive to continue building your Reaper count and have it snowball and you'll win the game.
Since your Reaper production is limited by the amount of Gas you're able to mine from a single Refinery, you'll eventually get 400 Minerals and be able to expand behind this build - but you must do significant damage in order to come out even - this build is an all-in after all.

And a 12 supply depot? I must be missing something here, right?
